We use multiple 3PL warehouses in Australia and the USA to process your order as fast as possible automatically.
Stock may need to be transferred from warehouse to warehouse prior to shipment, so we need 2-3 business days' transfer time.
As our 3PL system operates automatically, we can't make any order changes, change the delivery address, or contact the carrier company on your behalf. Please make sure to enter your details correctly when ordering.
If you made a mistake, please contact the carrier company once you receive your tracking number and directly request delivery changes from them.
Priority Fulfilment + Express Post + Insurance Service:
Your order will be prioritised for processing above-standard orders received at the same time. Your order will also be sent via Express Shipping and we will cover the cost of loss or damage to the order while in transit.

International Carriers Average Delivery Times:

When you pay for postage on our website, you're paying for the carrier service fee, and we are quoting you the carrier's average delivery times.
Please allow us at least 1-2+ days to pack your order and deliver it to the carrier. When possible, we will do this faster. However, there are times when we will require full processing time to complete your order.
Please understand that once we have SENT THE PARCEL to the carrier and we have notified you with a tracking number, IT IS YOUR Responsibility to follow up with the carrier for tracking and delivery details.
Once the order has started being processed, we can not changes to address or make order changes. The product will need to be delivered to you and returned to us. You can contact the carrier and request an address change using your tracking number.
Should you not be home, you will need to contact the carrier and collect your parcel from the carrier's location. It is your responsibility to do so. Once the parcel has left us, our obligation of posting the parcel to you is complete.
Please take care entering your address at check-out. Should you enter an incorrect address or address missing digits, it's not our responsibility if your parcel is lost. If you have entered the wrong address and the parcel is returned to us, there is a re-delivery fee of $19.95
Should the parcel be delayed or lost by the carrier it’s your responsibility to follow up with the carrier and negotiate a resolution.
WE DO NOT REFUND lost parcels, it’s your responsibility to deal with the carrier that lost the parcel.
