Shipping Policy
We utilize multiple 3PL warehouses in Australia and the USA to swiftly process and dispatch your orders automatically.
Depending on stock availability and proximity to you, your order ships from the nearest warehouse, typically within 2-3 business days.
Once processed, we cannot modify orders or addresses. Any changes must be managed directly with the carrier.
Please allow 2-3 business days for packing before the carrier collects your order. After dispatch, tracking and delivery details are your responsibility.
In case of address errors, a re-delivery fee may apply. Lost parcels are to be addressed with the carrier; we do not refund lost items.
