RETURN POLICY
Unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, excluding shipping charges. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund. To initiate a return, contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number. Items returned without authorization will not be refunded or re-shipped. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may incur a minimum 25% restocking fee for change-of-mind purchases.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
DEFECTIVE ITEM(S) RETURN POLICY
For defective or incorrectly shipped items, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with relevant details and photos for review.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)
Request a return through your profile. Once accepted, pack the item securely in its original packaging. Remove any external labels before shipping. Retain the Return Tracking Number for monitoring.
Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the return, typically appearing on your statement within one billing cycle. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
