Gut-Healing Vegetable Broth

Your kitchen is the place you will find the most healing ingredients to restore the health and function of your digestive system. By keeping it simple and using plant based ingredients, you can create this super hydrating, nutritious and nourishing broth.

It is is perfect on its own, or can be used as a base for other soups. It is an alkalising and gentle recipe that can help support healing in even the most sensitive digestive system.

We often use this vegan broth as part of our cleansing programmes and is just what the doctor ordered if you have been feeling run down through this colder winter months.

A nutritious, gut-healing broth as a vegan alternative to bone broth. If you don't like or can't find any ingredients, don't worry. Add what flavours you like and try to get as much variety and nutritional goodness as you can!
