10 Day Juice Cleanse - Day 3

Day 3

Today started a little washed out, but once we did our breathing exercises, morning water and juice, things improved significantly. I felt that my energy soared all day until the hunger kicked in at around 4pm and then again at 9pm. I decided to have 500m of juice at 9pm, which gave me a great kick, but wouldn't allow me to sleep until 2am!!

Now, I'm not a coffee drinker, but this was a great reminder to me just how energising and powerful fruit and veggie juices are. The added bonus, no caffeine, no crash :)

Benefits I noticed today include:

Face has less puffiness, especially around the eyes

Focus and concentration improved

Skin is smoother and softer

Increased and sustained energy

Feeling calm 

No cravings

Overall a great Day 3! Bring on Day 4......

Cool as a Cucumber Juice

1 bunch English Spinach
6 stalks Celery
2 long Cucumbers
3 Apples
1/2 bunch fresh mint
1/2 Lemon

Makes 1 litre
